Forensic/Expert Witness Services

AGEC engineers are often called on to examine existing construction that is experiencing failure of one or more parts of the structure to determine the extent of the damage as well as to recommend corrective actions. This work may be for building owners, developers or legal staff. We are often called upon to provide expert testimony in legal suits or arbitration efforts. AGEC has the support of our full service in-house laboratories in these investigations.

Mr. James Nordquist, P.E., AGEC's President, has the necessary qualifications and professional experience to provide expert witness testimony for legal cases involving geotechnical/geologic engineering consultants and construction-materials observation/special inspection/testing projects. Mr. Nordquist has been called upon by government and private interests for expert witness testimony on these issues.
